Match & Specimen Lakes

50 anglers fished the 9^th Anthony Jordan memorial match.
The attendance demonstrating how popular Anthony was at the fishery.

Winner of the event was Steve Forster who drew peg 20 on the Match Burr.
Steve caught all day down his edges, fishing paste over ground bait and pellet weighing in an impressive 228-3-0 made up if quality carp and F1’s

Second place went to Danny Bache who drew peg 16 on the Specimen Chalet bank.
Danny fished a method feeder short landing 175-1-0. Danny had over 150lbs of bream and just 3 carp. What a weight of bream, demonstrating how good the silver fish weights can be.

Third overall was Paul Cook from peg 27 on the Specimen Chalet bank.
Paul fished the method feeder short and later his edges on the pole to weigh in 174-13-0 of bream and big carp.

Fourth to frame was Andy Morley from peg 21 on the Match Burr with 153-15-0 of carp and F1’s all caught short and down the edges.

17 weights over 100lbs was recorded with multiple 80 & 90lbs weights.
